Q: What do you do at Social Imprints?

I serve the good people of SI.  I support the goals and challenges of Social Imprints by promoting a work culture characterized by trust, personal accountability, and mutual respect.  I work with the teams to seek and provide solutions to workplace issues aligned with our core values and operating principles of self-management.

Q: What is the best advice you can give to somebody who is looking for a new job?

First – know your strengths, the things you are good at and you enjoy.  Then find a job that utilizes more of your strengths, rather than your weaknesses.

Q: What traits do you most admire in your colleagues at Social Imprints?

Openness, tenacity, and courage.

Q: What is the secret for you to happiness?

Silver linings, dancing in the rain and living in gratitude.
